PERSEPSI GURU-GURU PRASEKOLAH TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN
PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PRASEKOLAH
DI DAERAH PADANG TERAP PENDANG

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau persepsi guru-guru prasekolah terhadap amalan pengajaran dan pemeblajaran bilik darjah serta masalah-masalah yang dihadapi. Seramai 45 orang guru prasekolah daripada 42 buah sekolah kebangsaan di Daerah Padang Terap/Pendang, Kedah Darul Aman diambil sebagai responden. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan secara keseluruhannya respoden kerap (i) mengamalkan pendekatan bertema dan belajar melalui bermain sebagai teknik pengajaran dan pemeblajaran (ii) mempelbagaikan bahan bantu mengajar dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran (iii) menerapkan nilai-nilai murni dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan memeriksa kebersihan diri dan pakaian murid setiap hari (iv) menerapkan kemahiran berfikir kritis dan kreatif dengan memastikan mereka memahami tajuk yang dibincangkan (v) membuat penialian menggunakan rekod berterusan (vi) memberi pengukuhan dengan melibatkan ibu bapa dan waris dalam aktiviti prasekolah. Walau bagaimanapun, guru didapati jarang (i) mempraktikkan soalan yang beraras tinggi dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan (ii) menggunakan kaedah projek untuk membolehkan murid menyalurkan kreativiti secara total. Manakala masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru prasekolah ialah (i) tidak dapat menunggu semua murid menguasai sepenuhnya sesuatu topik yang diajar sebelum memulakan topik yang baru (ii) mendapati murid mengambil masa yang lama untuk menyiapkan aktiviti pembelajaran semasa penagajaran dan pembelajaran dan (iii) bilangan murid yang ramai (melebihi 25 orang ) dalam sesebuah kelas menimbulkan masalah kelas.

KEMAHIRAN BELAJAR PELAJAR PISMP SEMESTER 3 DAN PERKAITANNYA DENGAN PENCAPAIAN AKADEMIK DI IPG KAMPUS DARULAMAN

Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mEngenal pasti kemahiran belajar dalam kalangan pelajar Program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan (PISMP) Semester 3 dan mengenalpasti hubungan di antara kemahiran belajar dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar PISMP Semester 3. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Sampel kajian ialah seramai 90 orang  pelajar PISMP Semester 3 yang dipilih secara rawak dari Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Darulaman. Instrumen untuk kajian ini ialah soal selidik berstruktur  yang terbahagi kepada dua bahagian. Bahagian A mengandungi maklumat tentang latar belakang responden, sementara Bahagian B mengandungi Soal selidik kemahiran belajar yang terdiri daripada 8 konstruk kemahiran belajar iaitu kemahiran pengurusan dan penangguhan masa, kemahiran Tumpuan dan Daya Ingatan, Kemahiran Bahan Belajar dan Mencatat Nota, Kemahiran Strategi Menghadapi Peperiksaan, Kemahiran Menyusun dan Mengurus Maklumat, Kemahiran Motivasi dan Sikap, Kemahiran Membaca dan Pemilihan Idea Utama dan Kemahiran Menulis. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan prestasi akademik pelajar PISMP Semester 3 hanya mencapai prestasi lulus sahaja. Sementara itu majoriti pelajar-pelajar PISMP semester 3 mempunyai tahap kemahiran belajar  pada tahap baik sahaja. Pelajar perempuan mempunyai tahap kemahiran belajar cemerlang dalam kemahiran mencatat nota, kemahiran strategi menghadapi peperiksaan, kemahiran mengurus maklumat, kemahiran motivasi, kemahiran memilih idea utama dan kemahiran menulis. Pelajar lelaki pula mempunyai tahap yang lemah dalam kemahiran mengurus masa, mencatat nota, memilih idea utama dan kemahiran menulis berbanding pelajar perempuan tetapi mempunyai tahap cemerlang dalam kemahiran memberi tumpuan. Hasilan analisis data  menunjukkan  kemahiran mengurus masa, kemahiran memberi tumpuan, Kemahiran Mencatat Nota, Kemahiran Strategi Menghadapi Peperiksaan, Kemahiran Mengurus Maklumat, Kemahiran Motivasi, Kemahiran Memilih Idea Utama dan Kemahiran Menulis tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan Pencapaian Akademik.Kajian ini juga mendapati tidak ada perbezaan yang signifikan tahap kemahiran belajar dalam kalangan kumpulan pelajar yang mempunyai tahap pencapaian akademik sederhana,baik dan cemerlang.

PEMBINAAN MODAL INSAN BERKUALITI DI IPG KAMPUS DARULAMAN

Pembinaan modal insan yang berkualiti adalah bertujuan membangunkan spiritual dan kekuatan rohani untuk menjamin sebuah negara maju dengan identiti sendiri. Kejayaan membangunkan modal insan itu bukan dinilai berdasarkan kejayaan melahirkan ramai golongan mahir dan profesional tetapi lebih berkisar aspek kualiti pada diri tenaga mahir yang dihasilkan.

Untuk membina sebuah negara maju dengan identiti sendiri perlu berteraskan pada modal insan. Modal insan dengan minda kelas pertama memerlukan satu sistem pendidikan berkualiti. Ini bermakna pendidikan berkualiti, bermula dengan guru. Sumber tenaga guru ini dikeluarkan oleh Institusi Latihan Perguruan sama ada Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA) atau Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG).

Justeru, Institut Perguruan Darulaman (IPDA), Jitra, Kedah merupakan salah satu IPG dipertanggungjawabkan membangun modal insan yang berkualiti dalam pelbagai aspek meliputi kepimpinan, budaya ilmu, berfikir kelas pertama, maju dengan identiti sendiri, budaya penyelidikan, nilai murni, bakat seni keguruan dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Kepelbagaian aspek ini disepadukan melalui Kurikulum, Gerak Kerja Kokurikulum, Latihan Mengajar (Praktikum), Bina Insan Guru dan Pendidikan luar yang disediakan oleh Bahagian Pendidikan Guru, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia.

Komitmen pendidik cemerlang dalam merealisasikan 'Guru Cemerlang Generasi Gemilang’ Tema Hari Guru 2008


Guru adalah antara profesion paling tua di dunia. Gurulah bertanggungjawab mendidik dan melahirkan generasi gemilang yang mempunyai keupayaan kuasa pemikiran yang tinggi minda kelas pertama acuan Malaysia. Generasi gemilang adalah aset paling berharga kepada negara untuk menjana kedaulatan, kehormanian, kesejahteraan dan kemajuan negara agar mampu bersaing di pentas global.

Pembinaan generasi gemilang adalah proses berterusan yang perlu menjadi suatu budaya kerja yang profesional para pendidik. Untuk melahirkan generasi gemilang para pendidik perlu mengamalkan pengajaran dan pembelajaran cemerlang, mengaktifkan gerak kerja kokurikulum, menerapkan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, mengilap bakat seni keguruan serta menyumbang perkhidmatan dan kepakaran pada komuniti. Pengamalan kecemerlangan perlu di nilai melalui instrumen keberkesanan yang memberi gais panduan halu tuju yang memenuhi aspirasi negara. Melalui analisis instrumen keberkesanan peluang penambahbaikan dapat dilaksana dan tindakan yang sewajarnya boleh diperkemaskan.

Dalam memperkasakan generasi gemilang para pendidik perlu bijak bertindak sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, penilai, pemantau dan pemandu kepada rakan sejawat, ibu bapa untuk membangun dan mengekalkan modal insan cemerlang, gemilang dan terbilang.

tips Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran

1. Meeting a class for the first time
  •  introduce yourself - spell your name out on the blackboard if necessary
  • state clearly what you expect of tour pupils
  • leran your pupils' names as quickly as you can
  • help pupils to learn each others' names
  • help pupils to get to know each other
  • shoe your pupils where they're heading
  • make sure your pupils know they will be assessed
  • find out what pupils already know
  • explain which resources are available for pupils to use
  • react firmly if any of your rules of behaviour are transgressed
2.   Geeting attention and settling a class down

  •  try doing noting first - that is stand there, very still, absolutely quiet
  • don't shout (yet)
  • take advantage of human curiosity
  • drop a non- attender in it- ask question to those who ara paying attntion and already listening , but end with those has not been paying attention
  • have ways of making pupils listen
  • people love praise
  • begin with a task
  • select some targets
  • don't take chaos as a personal affront
  • few want to be left out of some fun
3. Avioding disruption in your classroom
  • establish a few, clear rules for behaviour in your class
  • reward good behaviour immediately with positive feedback
  • if a particular pupils is causing problems, immediately remove this pupil to another part of the room
  • investigate the causes of bad behaviour
  • provide ' cooling -off' time
  • have ready something interesting to give the class to do

4. coping with emotional students
- accept the emotion
- find out what's behind the emotion
- help pupils in their work
- aviod alienating pupils affected by emotion
- help pupils identify the source of their emotion
- helps pupils see that emotions are natural
- minimize feelingsof weekness

5. helping pupils to be creative
- use a broad task
- accept innovation & individuality
- ask open-ended question
- allow time for student to experiment, make mistakes & explore
- encourage student to use rough work books
- use brainstorming
- encourage divergent thinking outcomes rather convergent outcomes
- encourage cooperative learning & discussions

petua melayu

segaran pagi

bangun pagi minum air suam, lagi bagus jika campur madu
selepas itu baru berus pagi
mandi air sejuk sebelum subuh supaya sihat badan dan rambut lambat beruban


sedap mata memandang

jangan pakai make-up terlalu tebal, banyak bahan kimia.........
guna bahan tradsional, herba melayu asli dan
amalan bacaan al-quran & selawat & zikir serta
solat 5 waktu di top-up dengan solat sunat

kekal keremajaan -muda
minum air herba yang di buat sendiri seperti juz campuran pegaga, apple, mengkudu. tapi jangan lupa dengan iringan doa, selawat
rajin buat senaman - jika malas sembahyang  adalah gerakan yang bagus untuk senaman
puasa sunat

RADIANT FACE

semua insan inginkan muka licin, tanpa jerawat dan spot-spot yang tidak menarik
untuk hilangkan jerawa, parut di muka - tumbuk kulit kayu manis dicampurkan dengan bedak sejuk dan pakai sebelum tidor, insyaallah kesan nya baik, tapi jangan lupa selawat


KAWALAN TEKANAN DARAH

makan sebiji buah appple hijau setiap hari akan menstabilkan tekanan darah


KURANGKAN BATUK

bancuh madu lebah dengan air limau nipis atau,
kicap dicampurkan dengan limau nipis
kacau campuran tersebut dan minum


DEMAM PELAJAR BILA EXAM

Bila musim exam, ramai pelajar demam macam-macam.....
so how to overcome
minum air mineral sebanyak mungkin
senaman, riadah bagi keluar peluh
makan yang seimbang
tarik nafas dan hembus keluar perlahan-lahan , buat beberapa kali

NO POINTING FINGERS

A man asked his father-in-law, "Many people praised you for a successful marriage. Could you please share with me your secret?"
The father-in-law answered in a smile, "Never criticize your wife for her shortcomings or when she does something wrong. Always bear in mind that because of her shortcomings and weaknesses, she could not find a better husband than you."

We all look forward to being loved and respected. Many people are afraid of losing face. Generally, when a person makes a mistake, he would look around to find a scapegoat to point the finger at. This is the start of a war. We should always remember that when we point one finger at a person, the other four fingers are pointing at ourselves.

If we forgive the others, others will ignore our mistake too.

CREATING PERFECT RELATIONSHIPS?

A person visited the government matchmaker for marriage, SDU, and requested "I am looking for a spouse. Please help me to find a suitable one." The SDU officer said, "Your requirements, please." "Oh, good looking, polite, humorous , sporty, knowledgeable, good in singing and dancing. Willing to accompany me the whole day at home during my leisure hour, if I don't go out. Telling me interesting stories when I need companion for conversation and be silent when I want to rest." The officer listened carefully and replied, "I understand you need
television."

There is a saying that a perfect match can only be found between a blind wife and a deaf husband ,because the blind wife cannot see the faults of the husband and the deaf husband cannot hear the nagging of the wife. Many couples are blind and deaf at the courting stage and dream of perpetual perfect relationship. Unfortunately, when the excitement of love wears off, they wake up and discover that marriage is not a bed of roses. The nightmare begins.

NO OVERPOWERING

Many relationships fail because one party tries to overpower another, or demands too much. People in love tend to think that love will conquer all and their spouses will change the bad habits after marriage. Actually, this is not the case. There is a Chinese saying which carries the meaning that "It is easier to reshape a mountain or a river than a person's character."

It is not easy to change. Thus, having high expectation on changing the spouse character will cause disappointment and unpleasantness.

It would be less painful to change ourselves and lower our expectations..

RIGHT SPEECH

There is a Chinese saying which carries the meaning that "A speech will either prosper or ruin a nation." Many relationships break off
because of wrong speech. When a couple is too close with each other, we always forget mutual respect and courtesy. We may say anything without
considering if it would hurt the other party.

A friend and her millionaire husband visited their construction site. A worker who wore a helmet saw her and shouted, "Hi, Emily! Remember me? We used to date in the secondary school." On the way home, her millionaire husband teased her, "Luckily you married me. Otherwise you will be the wife of a construction worker." She answered ,"You should appreciate that you married me. Otherwise, he will be the millionaire and not you."

Frequently exchanging these remarks plants the seed for a bad relationship. It's like a broken egg - cannot be reversed.

PERSONAL PERCEPTION

Different people have different perception. One man's meat could be another man's poison. A couple bought a donkey from the market. On the way home,a boy commented, "Very stupid. Why neither of them ride on the donkey? "Upon hearing that, the husband let the wife ride on the donkey. He walked besides them. Later, an old man saw it and commented, "The husband is the head of family. How can the wife ride on the donkey while the husband is on foot?" Hearing this, the wife quickly got down and let the husband ride on the donkey.

Further on the way home, they met an old Lady. She commented, "How can the man ride on the donkey but let the wife walk. He is no gentleman."
The husband thus quickly asked the wife to join him on the donkey. Then, they met a young man. He commented, "Poor donkey, how can you hold up the weight of two persons. They are cruel to you." Hearing that, the husband and wife immediately climbed down from the donkey and carried it on their shoulders.

It seems to be the only choice left. Later, on a narrow bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled. They lost their balance and fell into the river. You can never have everyone praise you, nor will everyone condemn you. Never in the past, not at present, and never will be in the future.

Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear..

BE PATIENT

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery & saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, " Daddy, I'm sorry about your truck." Then he asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home & committed suicide.

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or u wish to take revenge. Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be repaired.. Broken bones & hurt feelings often can't.. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.

People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever.
